Returns

We offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order so you can shop with confidence.
Once we receive and inspect your package, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method or as store credit for a future purchase.

Before starting a return, please contact us first by email. We will help you begin the return process.
Returns sent to a different address may result in delays or refusal of the refund.

To request a return:

  1. Send an email with the subject: “Return – Order Number [Your Number]” to support@elura-shop.online

  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Elura is not responsible for packages that are lost during transit.

Important Conditions for a Valid Return

The item must:

  • Be in its original condition and original packaging

  • Include all original accessories and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number)

  • Be shipped in a shipping carton/box

  • Have all barcodes and labels intact (when possible)


Damaged Items

If a product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and send:

  • A photo of the damage

  • Your order number, full name, and shipping address

Once we receive the photo, we will file a claim with our manufacturer and arrange a full refund or a free replacement shipment — with no additional questions.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Processing may take a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Discount & Promotional Codes

Discounts offered by email are valid only for orders placed through those specific offers.
Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders, nor refunded after purchase.


Shipping (Returns)
